    Realised by Patrick Demarchelier, the film presents Nicolas Ghesquière’s homage to Japan as a journey outward to a minimalist sanctuary, and inward to the soul. Traditional landscape brocades and warrior-inspired surface details channel a dual longing for inner peace and empowerment.

    As the camera sweeps over the water, landing on Alicia gazing out at the sunset, or exploring the remote terrain, it becomes clear that this assertive collection is her only link to the world she left behind.

    Recognised as one of the most influential living artists and based on the artist’s “Masters” series of paintings, this second chapter starts on October 27th and includes: Reclining Girl by François Boucher; Delightful Land by Paul Gauguin; Luncheon on the Grass by Edouard Manet; Water Lilies by Claude Monet; The Triumph of Pan by Nicolas Poussin (exclusive for Maison Louis Vuitton Vendôme) and Ancient Rome by J.m.W.
