Louis Vuitton Renews its Promise to help Children with the Launch of Silver Lockit Color.

In January 2016, Louis Vuitton made a promise to help children in urgent need through its support for UNICEF.

On September 14th, 2017 Louis Vuitton launches a new version of its Silver Lockit with colour bracelets in an effort to continue raising awareness and funds for children affected by the Syrian conflict, one of the world’s most challenging humanitarian crisis.
By purchasing Silver Lockit Color, clients will contribute critical funding to help UNICEF supported programmes for over 9 million children inside Syria and neighbouring countries.

Join us now. Make a promise.
Together, we can make a difference.

Congratulations to Peter Burling and Emirates Team New Zealand who win the 35th America's Cup presented by Louis Vuitton.

Another dominant race win for Peter Burling and Emirates Team New Zealand in race nine of the America’s Cup Match, presented by Louis Vuitton, gave the Kiwi team victory on the Great Sound in Bermuda, sparking wild celebrations on board their America’s Cup Class (ACC) boat, and the team’s support boats on the Great Sound.

“We’re just blown away. We came here to win the America’s Cup and right now we’re taking the America’s Cup back home to New Zealand.” Peter Burling said following the race.

The Kiwi team dominated the final stage of the 35th America’s Cup, winning with a final scoreline of 7-1.

Emirates Team New Zealand secures a ticket to the America’s Cup against Oracle Team USA.

Peter Burling’s Emirates Team New Zealand squad has earned a rematch against Oracle Team USA for the 35th America’s Cup with a convincing victory over Artemis Racing in the final match of the Louis Vuitton America’s Cup Challenger Playoffs.

But Peter Burling wasn’t on that team. In fact, the only holdover on the Kiwi starting crew is wing trimmer and skipper Glenn Ashby. The 2017 Emirates Team New Zealand doesn’t appear to be scarred from that experience.

“I think the lessons we learned out of San Francisco has made us stronger going forwards,” Ashby said at the post-race press conference. “The team has been re-built from the ground up and what has been created is a stronger unit than we’ve ever seen before. The motivation going forwards is certainly there.”

The America’s Cup Match, presented by Louis Vuitton, starts on June 17.
