More than a sequel, 'SERIES 2' is an echo of 'SERIES 1', the first groundbreaking campaign initiated by Nicolas Ghesquière for the Maison Louis Vuitton which recently won the British Fashion Award for best advertising campaign. This polymorphic fresco illustrates an international vision of fashion through its locales and the personal reflection of each artist.
'SERIES 2' continues on from the groundbreaking triptych 'SERIES 1'. Annie Leibovitz, Juergen Teller and Bruce Weber interpret Nicolas Ghesquière's vision of the SS15 collection.Ad Campaign Ready to Wear Collaboration Photography SERIES 2
For her third season as a Louis Vuitton ambassadress, Peter Lindebergh shot actress Michelle Williams with the Capucines bag in new shades.
Michelle Williams, who recently starred on Broadway in the acclaimed revival of the musical Cabaret, codirected by Sam Mendes and Rob Marshall, was shot by Peter Lindberg in a series of images revealing an intriguing balance of force and fragility that makes her personality so compelling.
The campaign spotlights emblematic Louis Vuitton bags, among them the iconic Capucines in new shades: sky blue Outremer, soft pink Magnolia and dark blue Cobalt.

With this series by Peter Lindbergh, Michelle Williams continues to disclose facets from her enthralling personality as ambassadress for Louis Vuitton.
For the first time, Michelle Williams wears looks from Nicolas Ghesquière’s collections. The pared-down backdrop of the New York studio resonates with the pure lines of both the bags and the ready-to-wear, and – with an eye on the expressive beauty of Michelle Williams – creates a subtle, intimate ambiance. To complete the looks, the campaign highlights another iconic bag from Louis Vuitton: the Lockit, in two new shades beige Galet and Black with python trim.
