Due to the current situation, additional times may be required for order delivery to up to 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of a tracking email/SMS.

QUICK FACTS

• Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery; once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped.

• Shipping timing begins when you receive the shipping confirmation email.

• To track your order, visit 'My Orders' in your My LV account or click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. All delivery tracking is available from when you receive the shipping confirmation email.

• Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to alter the delivery address.

• Please note that our courier cannot deliver to certain addresses such as student/campus accommodation, hotel rooms, restaurants, stores or forwarding addresses.

• Signature may be required on selected shipments.

• Delivery may be unavoidably delayed due to severe weather, natural disasters and other conditions beyond our control. We will endeavour to contact you to rearrange the dispatch of all orders asap once the situations resume normal.

SHIPPING FEES & TIMING

Standard

• Fee: Complimentary for all orders.

• Delivery Timing:

o In-stock Items - 3-7 business days from the time you receive confirmation email.

o Pre-order Items - will be shipped one after another, please note that additional delivery time may be required.

• Exceptions:

o If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday.

o Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery.

Collect in Store

• Fee: Complimentary for all orders.

• Delivery Timing:

o In-stock Items - 3-7 business days from the time you receive confirmation email.

o Pre-order Items - will be shipped one after another, please note that additional delivery time may be required.

• How to Collect in Store:
o Notification: You will receive an email and text message notification confirming when your order is ready to be collected from the store.

• Exceptions:

o If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday.

o Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery.

• To collect your order from a store, you will be required to show:

1. Confirmation email

2. Official photo ID (e.g. passport, identity card, medical insurance card)

You can also book an appointment to collect your item.

• If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please make sure to bring:

1. Confirmation email

2. Official photo ID (e.g. passport, identity card, medical insurance card) of the purchaser

3. Official photo ID (e.g. passport, identity card, medical insurance card) of the person collecting

• If you are picking up a Ready-to-Wear item, please note not all Louis Vuitton locations offer fitting rooms and alterations. To find a location that offers these services, please check our STORE LOCATOR for a list of stores that carry Ready-to-Wear.

• The store will keep your order for 15 days, after which your order will be cancelled and returned, and your original method of payment will be refunded (except for personalized items).

• Delivery Timing: For personalized products, please allow 8 to 12 weeks for your order to get delivered.

Please Note

• Multiple items within the same order are likely to be shipped in separate parcels; you will then receive multiple tracking numbers that might lead to different delivery times.

• Our delivery courier is Ferrari. Delivery estimates are indicative only and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong. Please note that deliveries can take longer in certain areas or if your order required additional validation.
