You may indeed exchange or return a Louis Vuitton item received as a gift.
Please remember to keep the original invoice or gift receipt, as well as the original packaging and documentation. These items are required for the return or exchange process.
If you would like to exchange your gift, there are two options depending on your preferences:
- Please contact our Client Services and our Client Advisor will verify the personal information with you to ensure your rights and personal information security; please be aware that the personal information you provide must be match with the one made upon order placement. Choose the perfect new product with the help of a Client Advisor and send the original product back to Louis Vuitton.
- It is also possible to exchange a gift purchased online in a Louis Vuitton store.
