Designed by Marc Newson, the Flacon d’Exception is a one-liter bottle in Baccarat crystal, a true showcase of artisanal craftsmanship. Drawing on 250 years of history and expertise, Baccarat Master Glassmakers crafted this flacon from the finest crystal using the time-honored techniques of hand-blown glass. Crowning it is a hand-painted stopper in black crystal bearing the LV seal encircled in gold enamel. The eLVes Flacon d’Exception is adorned with Monogram flowers reprising emblematic shades of Louis Vuitton Beauty: Rouge Louis, Monogram Rouge, Rose Eugénie and Beige Machina. The flowers are fashioned in Venetian plaster, a mineral-based material made from marble powder, long used to decorate La Serenissima’s celebrated palazzos. Such sculptural workmanship called for a free-form gesture — a loose, unguarded hand to shape the material, capturing the same fluidity of movement as applying lipstick. The result is a seemingly organic creation in which each movement is singular, bringing the material to life on both the flacon and its glass dome. The ensemble rests on a base in black lambskin embellished with the Malletage motif, in harmony with the Monogram canvas — both veritable signatures of the Maison. Born of the gestures of our artisans and the virtuosity of their savoir-faire, each piece is unique.

eLVes celebrates Louis Vuitton heroines, remarkable women who seize their destiny without hesitation, embodying a multi-faceted and resolutely confident femininity. For them, Jacques Cavallier Belletrud imagined a thorned rose in a contemporary floral of fascinating richness. At the heart of the composition, Centifolia rose reveals its full freshness, illuminated by lily of the valley, while an amber of singular sensuality and a touch of patchouli lend depth and radiance to the whole.
