How do I return an online item
1.Create Return
Option 1: Contact Client Services
• Call Client Services at +852 8100 1182 to register your return and arrange a pick-up.
• You will then receive a return confirmation email
Option 2: Login to My LV account
• Log in to your My LV account using your registered email address.
• Navigate to the My Orders tab, select the order containing the item you wish to exchange, and click on "Exchange & Return.“
• Follow the prompts to confirm your exchange for the same product.
• Exchanges for a different product or price require assistance from our Client Services team reachable at +852 8100 1182
2.Prepare your parcel
• Place your item in its original packaging together with the documents and invoice, securely seal your parcel using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box. Cover the original address label with the provided return label.
3.Hand your parcel to our carrier
• Our carrier will pick up your parcel at the predetermined time.

For every returned item, a quality assessment is performed; items that do not meet the return policy requirements will not be accepted. Please note that refunds may take extra time to appear in your account depending on your card issuer / bank.
